
MARITIME RIGHTS ORGANISATION WA
The Maritime Rights Organisation of Western Australia has been formed to create a platform to record and investigate malfeasance, fraud, abuse of power, failure of duty of care, perverting natural Justice, corruption, breaches of the National Competition Policy, breaches of the Public Sector standards, violations of Ministerial Guidelines and contempt of Parliament by the Fisheries Department of Western Australia.
For the purpose of litigation, compensation, review of management plans and licensing, instigation of criminal charges and investigations by the Public Sector Standards Commissioner, Legislative Council Privileges and Procedure Committee, West Australian Fraud Squad, and the Corruption and Crime Commission, and a Parliamentary Investigation into the Fisheries Department.
